Overview
Lead comprehensive management of Denver Highlands clinic ensuring appropriate staffing and quality patient care. What You'll Do16
- 1Execute professional nursing care including teaching ability to assess plan and implement patient care for pediatric and adult populations
- 2Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing needs
- 3Demonstrate management and leadership skills
- 4Understand office policies procedures and guidelines
- 5Maintain accuracy in all details record and report properly
- 6Actively promote and participate in organizational committees
- 7Participate in monthly organizational management meetings
- 8Communicate with physicians daily regarding clinic needs and schedule regular meetings with physicians and mid-level providers
- 9Coordinate staffing issues with the Director and Clinic Operations
- 10Continue personal and professional growth
- 11Demonstrate flexibility professionalism and leadership
- 12Maintain open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel
- 13Provide for staff development identify internal external training needs
- 14Take initiative and act as a self-starter
- 15Perform additional duties as deemed necessary
- 16Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Requirements7
- 1Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or applicable education and experience
- 2Current Colorado License if applicable
- 3Management experience preferred
- 4Experience with both adult and pediatric patients
- 5Current CPR certification
- 6Hepatitis B vaccination
