- 3Advise our personal caregivers about medical administration
- 4Validate personal care duties
- 5Develop care plans for our clients
- 6Administer medications and treatment schedules
- 7Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
- 8Drive patient outcomes through skilled interventions
- 9Perform complex procedures such as sonography and gastrostomy tube feeding
- 10Execute phlebotomy and specimen collection
- 11Ensure accurate medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience working with diverse patient populations across hospitals long term care facilities assisted living communities hospice palliative medicine and home care
- 2Strong knowledge of medical terminology anatomy physiology ICD coding ICD-9 and ICD-10 CPT coding and laboratory procedures
- 3Skilled in critical care procedures including ventilator management airway management neonatal resuscitation and trauma response
- 4Expertise with EMR/EHR platforms like Epic Cerner and Athenahealth
- 5Specialized knowledge in ophthalmology infectious disease care geriatrics behavioral health pediatrics and occupational health
- 6Ability to perform complex procedures such as sonography and gastrostomy tube feeding
- 7Experience with phlebotomy and specimen processing
- 8Knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient assessment focusing on acute pain management and chronic condition support
Salary Insight
