What You'll Do11
- 1Own all on site activities for manpower materials and scheduling
- 2Conduct daily job walkthroughs to assess progress quality and safety
- 3Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams using Four Week Look Ahead planning
- 4Manage material procurement through Bag and Tag method with detailed submittal logs
- 5Drive productivity improvements through weekly goal setting and reward systems
- 6Perform comprehensive job closeouts including testing start-up documentation and as-built drawings
- 7Maintain OSHA 30 certification and develop contingency plans for workforce productivity
- 8Communicate weekly with project managers about productivity RFI's and schedule updates
- 9Supervise personnel subs and vendors while fostering teamwork through fair decision making
- 10Ensure compliance with Blueprint interpretation and coordinate with CAD designers
- 11Execute daily pre-safety meetings and maintain thorough documentation of all processes
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5 years commercial field plumbing experience
- 2Valid driver's license and state journeyman trade license
- 3Physical stamina for long hours on feet and ability to work in varied weather
- 4Expertise in reading blueprints and installing piping systems
- 5Strong communication skills and mathematical proficiency
- 6High school diploma or equivalent trade school certification
- 7Ability to lift weights climb ladders and work at heights
- 8Experience with heavy machinery and basic tool operation
- 9Proficiency with material takeoffs and crew resource management
- 10Familiarity with CAD software and drawing review processes
- 11Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
