What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain high‑performing teams by leading shifts and coaching staff from prep to service

- 4Lead crew during peak periods and intervene directly to resolve issues

Requirements8
- 15+ years managing QSR or retail teams
- 22-5 seasons of relevant leadership experience
- 3AWS Certified or equivalent cloud knowledge preferred
- 4CPC Card certification valued
- 5Python proficiency for automation tasks
- 6Strong communication skills to motivate diverse crews
- 7Ability to work onsite in Austin Texas
