Student Analyst Tier 1, ABA Services & RBT Pathway

The Student Analyst Tier 1 will develop foundational ABA skills through direct client services under supervision at Java Autism Services in Phoenix. They will pursue the RBT credential within the first 45 days and participate in group supervision, trainings, and documentation practices. What You'll Do10
- 1Build direct ABA services under supervision to achieve client goals
- 2Deliver supervised ABA sessions and observe licensed analysts’ practices
- 3Attend group supervision and complete pre and post meeting action items
- 4Maintain accurate documentation of services and ensure timely reporting
- 5Adhere to BACB Ethics Code and supervision contracts
- 6Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week of direct care services
- 7Complete non-behavior analytic trainings and participate in meetings
- 8Communicate professionally with supervisors and teammates
- 9Prepare for RBT certification within 45 days of starting supervision
- 10Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development programs
Requirements10
- 1Enrollment in a behavior analysis graduate program or related field
- 2Active CPR/First Aid certification (adult, child, infant)
- 3Article 9 certification or obtain within 30 days
- 4P.R.O.U.D certification or obtain within 30 days
- 5Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 6Current TB clearance
- 7Strong communication and organizational skills
- 8Willingness to commit to the 20 hours per week direct care expectation
- 9Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
- 10Eligibility to obtain RBT credential within 45 days
