Behavior Technician, ABA Services & RBT Support
Overview
The role owns direct implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism under BCBA direction at a community clinic in Phoenix. You will collect data, maintain clinical notes, and support family training within a collaborative team. This position emphasizes clinical innovation, client-centered care, and flexible scheduling to serve families effectively. You will collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation and data-driven progress.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and implement behavioral interventions under BCBA direction
- 2Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software
- 3Review supervision notes and implement recommendations
- 4Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings
- 5Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed
- 6Document daily progress notes for contracts and data reports
- 7Prepare stimuli and materials for clinical sessions
- 8Maintain awareness of current case status for each client
- 9Support clinicians in routine clinical duties
- 10Engage in data-driven decision making to support client progress
