What You'll Do9
- 1Perform nursing assessments and coordinate care plans adhering to standardized procedures
- 2Document patient assessments and communicate findings to physicians
- 3Coordinate referrals and specialist consultations for complex cases
- 4Facilitate valve procedures and prepare patients and families for treatment
- 5Develop and maintain clinical documentation systems and protocols
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- 7Provide community outreach and physician education initiatives
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- 9Create program documentation and evaluate healthcare delivery processes
Requirements8
- 1Master's of Nursing required
- 2Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification required
- 3Minimum 5+ years experience
- 4Basic Life Support CPR certification required
- 5Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
- 6DEA prescriber number preferred
- 7National Provider Identifier NPI required
- 8Background screening compliance with Florida Level 2 requirements
