- 7Perform patient assessments to create personalized care plans
- 8Administer medications safely while monitoring therapeutic outcomes
- 9Partner with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care
- 10Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- 11Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical practices
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- 2Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- 3Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- 4Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- 5Associate's degree in Nursing required
- 6Master's degree preferred
- 7Certifications such as BLS and CHPN preferred
- 8Proven ability to work flexible schedules
- 9Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 10Experience with electronic health records like Cerner
