Overview
Own the vision and roadmap for data and AI strategy at scale across life sciences client organizations. Lead initiatives defining data assets, AI technologies, and operating models to enable data-led transformation. Drive new opportunities, shape client conversations, and guide multi-year delivery with scaled agile practices. Work with senior stakeholders to infuse Responsible AI and ecosystem partnerships into strategy.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build client credibility as a trusted advisor on data & AI integration into business processes
- 2Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to optimize data assets and AI capabilities for growth
- 3Assess maturity of data and AI foundations and create a blueprint for an AI-first operating model
- 4Create business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps to deliver strategic outcomes
- 5Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and develop plans with ecosystem partners to foster innovation
- 6Lead opportunity origination and manage sales cycles for data & AI initiatives
- 7Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- 8Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
- 9Originate and shepherd new deals through client conversations and go-to-market activities
- 10Travel as needed to meet client expectations
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's Degree
- 2Minimum 10 years of experience in Data and AI Strategy with data management, data analysis, requirements gathering, and Responsible AI
- 37+ years of high value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience
- 47+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- 57+ years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal supervision

$151 - $388k per year
