Overview
You will own daily operations at our Columbus, OH store, managing a team of 15-20 hourly staff and driving sales performance. You report to the District Manager and collaborate with a supportive leadership team. What You'll Do6
- 1Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
- 2Lead service components through the team to ensure stellar food quality, engaging customer service, and store cleanliness.
- 3Establish a strong culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance while supporting personal growth for all team members.
- 4Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
- 5Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
- 6Drive in-store recognition programs and contests to motivate the team.
Requirements6
- 13+ years management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
- 2Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
- 3Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
- 4Innate sense of true hospitality and exceptional customer service.
- 5Solid technical acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- 6Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
