Store Manager, UPS Store & Retail Operations
Overview
Own daily store operations in a high touch retail environment and drive revenue growth at a UPS Store location. Lead front-counter execution, staff development, and customer service standards while partnering with ownership on center level strategy. Experience in UPS store operations is a plus and there is a formal training path toward Center Manager Certification.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build a high performing store team through training, scheduling, and motivation to hit daily targets
- 2Lead customer service and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction scores
- 3Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure product availability
- 4Control expenses and monitor financial performance to achieve sales goals
- 5Drive growth by selling high margin services including commercial print, freight, and mailbox renewals
- 6Collaborate with ownership on local store strategy as the business scales
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of 3 years of retail management or supervisory experience
- 2Experience using retail or shipping point-of-sale systems such as UPS MPOS or FedEx FXPOS
- 3Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- 4Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 5Basic computer skills; high school diploma or equivalent
- 6Notary public commission in Texas or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- 7Current UPS Store Management Certification preferred
