What You'll Do11
- 1Serve customers professionally in-person online and over the phone for printing mailboxes and packaging services
- 2Ask consultative questions to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions using TUPSS
- 3Close sales by educating customers about available services without pressure
- 4Maintain cleanliness by completing daily and weekly duty checklists including window and bathroom cleaning
- 5Organize shelves inventory and visual merchandising to enhance store presentation
- 6Follow established scripts for print jobs and packaging while adhering to company procedures
- 7Participate in regular team meetings and engage proactively with colleagues
- 8Complete required training through Learning Center and attend company-provided webinars
- 9Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and fulfilling all shift obligations
- 10Stand for 8 hours daily and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- 11Develop skills through self-directed learning and seek manager guidance for growth
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of customer service experience
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Reliable work ethic with strong dedication to excellence
- 7Friendly approach that radiates warmth and genuine enthusiasm
- 8Ability to type 40 words per minute or faster
- 9Physical stamina to stand continuously and handle package lifting demands
- 10Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and clean workspace
