What You'll Do6
- 1Build store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving
- 2Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates
- 3Mentor and model behavior that creates a positive experience for associates and customers
- 4Communicate action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes
- 5Provide input on succession planning and implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets
- 6Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs to improve store layout and efficiency
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- 2Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- 3Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback
- 4Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- 5Strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives
