Own store performance and people leadership at a high-volume retail location in Phoenix. Lead sales growth, control expenses, and shrink while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Build and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers to readiness for promotions. Collaborate with district leadership to optimize staffing, inventory, and merchandising.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead all aspects of store operations to boost sales and minimize shrink
- 2Recruit train develop and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
- 3Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to prepare forStore Manager roles
- 4Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and improve customer service and merchandising
- 5Analyze competition inventory pricing and demographics and provide insights to District Manager
- 6Ensure loss prevention focus and compliance with programs procedures and policies
- 7Review store reports conduct audits and lead team meetings to drive performance
- 8Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation
- 9Communicate actionable plans for store initiatives with clear targets and priorities
- 10Oversee health and safety and store operations compliance
Requirements5
- 13-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high-volume environments
- 2Experience managing and motivating a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3Proven ability to drive significant sales revenue and develop others
- 4Strong leadership collaboration problem solving and decision making for diverse teams
- 5Comprehensive knowledge of store operations including customer service merchandising people management health and safety and loss prevention
