Overview
As Store Manager for Rag & Bone in Las Vegas, you own the full P&L and operations for a flagship location, driving top-line sales growth while embodying the brand's New York authenticity. You lead a team of associates and managers, setting the standard for clienteling and customer experience. Reporting to the field leadership, you collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying teams to tailor product assortments to local trends. What You'll Do10
- 1Display best-in-class customer service and build loyalty through clienteling standards, coaching staff to do the same.
- 2Train staff on all store operations, from register to stockroom, ensuring smooth execution.
- 3Maintain cash handling and register procedures, verifying accuracy and compliance.
- 4Ensure payroll integrity and store scheduling, managing labor to meet business needs.
- 5Delegate tasks to optimize efficiency and develop team capabilities.
- 6Coach and develop retail associates to meet store goals, providing regular feedback and counseling.
- 7Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training, building a candidate pipeline through networking.
- 8Partner with the People Team for new hire paperwork, status changes, and departures, resolving employee issues timely.
- 9Create and execute store business plans, analyzing sales reports to set strategies and achieve KPIs.
- 10Maintain product knowledge and encourage team selling, exemplifying the Rag & Bone philosophy.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in specialty retail, with 3+ years in a Store Manager or senior leadership role.
- 2Strong background in clienteling and customer relationship management, growing and retaining loyal clientele.
- 3Hands-on experience with performance management, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- 4Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, and KPIs.
- 5Strong understanding of retail operations, including payroll, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- 6Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
