- 5Oversee quality control merchandising and food safety programs
- 6Maintain store cleanliness including coffee stations food areas and restrooms
- 7Operate cash registers efficiently handling deposits and payments
- 8Perform additional duties as directed by Store or District Manager
- 9Deliver consistent guest experiences regardless of weather conditions
- 10Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence
- 11Support departmental initiatives and company policies
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Minimum 1 year retail or food experience
- 3Preferred 1 year leadership experience in retail guest service or restaurant
- 4ServSafe Food Safety certification a plus
- 5Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds frequently
- 6Strong communication skills comfortable interacting with guests and staff
- 7High energy and ability to multitask effectively
- 8Team oriented with willingness to provide extra assistance
- 9Experience with scheduling and shift management
- 10Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for weekend/holiday coverage
