Own store profitability by leading a high-volume auto service and tire center at the Wexford, PA location. Requirements10
- 1Three+ years of experience in retail store management or a relevant combination of education, training and experience
- 2Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 3Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
- 4Strong customer service orientation with dependability and teamwork
- 5Comfort with a fast-paced environment and meeting performance targets
- 6Willingness to participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities
- 7Experience coordinating with service technicians and managing workflow
- 8Facilities and safety awareness to uphold store standards
- 9Availability to work a full-time schedule including weekends as needed
