What You'll Do9

  • 1Own the sales floor as Manager on Duty, directing daily operations and coaching associates on performance and customer engagement.
  • 2Coach associates in-the-moment on sales techniques and service standards, using feedback to lift conversion and satisfaction.
  • 3Train new hires on product knowledge, POS workflows, and SCG policies, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs.
  • 4Drive sales by engaging customers with tailored coffee solutions and motivating the team to meet individual and store goals.
  • 5Resolve customer concerns immediately, turning issues into loyalty and repeat visits.
  • 6Maintain merchandise stock levels, visual standards, and cleanliness by directing associates and completing inventory cycles.
  • 7Process receiving, MOS, and RAR transactions accurately, following wage and hour laws and timekeeping policy.
  • 8Stay current on coffee products and training to model expertise and inspire customer confidence.
  • 9Flex to cover shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, within a 20-25 hour workweek.

Requirements8

  • 11 year of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or coffee retail.
  • 221+ years of age at time of employment.
  • 3Proven leadership skills to inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • 4Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.
  • 6Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 7Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 8Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
