What You'll Do8
- 1Lead a team of 10-15 baristas, coaching them to achieve sales targets and uphold Peet's quality standards.
- 2Drive financial results by executing business plans, managing inventory, and analyzing sales reports.
- 3Ensure flawless coffeebar operations, including cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with safety laws.
- 4Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- 5Create a positive work environment that builds trust and encourages open communication.
- 6Manage staff scheduling to meet productivity and service goals during peak hours.
- 7Resolve customer issues with sound judgment and effective de-escalation techniques.
- 8Adhere to company policies, including employment of minors and physical task requirements.
Requirements6
- 13+ years of management or supervisory experience in the service or food industry.
- 2Open availability to work 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 3Ability to work with and supervise minors, complying with Peet's Employment of Minors policy.
- 4Legally eligible to work in the country of employment, at least 18 years of age.
- 5Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- 6Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
