What You'll Do8
- 1Drive sales and customer experience by reinforcing Peet's service model during peak hours.
- 2Lead team deployment to meet financial and operational goals, adjusting in real time.
- 3Coach baristas on beverage quality and customer engagement, improving service scores.
- 4Manage inventory and cash controls, reducing waste and shrinkage.

Requirements5
- 12+ years management or supervisory experience in service or food industry.
- 2Open availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, 40 hours/week.
- 3Ability to supervise and work with minors, complying with Peet's policies.
- 4Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
- 5Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
