The Store Lead will own cash wrap operations and lead the team as Leader on Duty at the Children's Place location in Northridge. This full-time onsite role requires professional leadership and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will drive store profitability and maintain brand standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in developing talent through associate training and coaching conversations
- 2Partner with Store Manager to resolve associate performance issues
- 3Support all company training and development initiatives

- 6Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and create positive customer experiences
- 7Model exceptional customer service behaviors on the sales floor
- 8Represent the company professionally and support management in maximizing productivity
- 9Participate in LOD program to ensure exceptional customer shopping experiences
- 10Drive store profitability while managing payroll processing
- 11Maintain clean stockroom and adhere to CRE safety standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years retail experience
- 2Minimum 18 years of relevant experience
- 3Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal applications
- 5Strong communication and adaptability skills
- 6Self-driven attitude with commitment to self-development
- 7Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- 8Physical capability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
- 9Availability for flexible scheduling as required
