Overview
Lead store operations and team development to drive profitable sales growth. Own assigned area of responsibility and collaborate with General Manager to execute store strategy. Mentor staff and ensure consistent service excellence.

- 1Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset
- 2Recruit hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
- 3Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
- 4Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP execution
- 5Represent the brand and understand competition and retail landscape
- 6Promote community involvement and leverage omni channel solutions
- 7Ensure compliance standards are met
- 8Maneuver sales floor stockroom and office lifting up to 30 pounds
- 9Travel as required
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 3High school graduate or equivalent
- 4Good communicator interacting with customers and team
- 5Passionate about retail and thrive in fast paced environment
- 6Driven by metrics to deliver results
- 7Able to utilize retail technology
- 8Flexible schedule agreement required
- 9Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- 10Travel as required
