Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in developing talent through associate training and coaching conversations
- 2Partner with Store Manager to resolve associate performance concerns
- 3Support and participate in all company training initiatives

- 7Model exceptional customer service behaviors on the sales floor

- 10Participate in LOD program to drive store profitability and customer experience
- 11Process weekly payroll and modify schedules based on business climate
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21-3 years previous retail experience
- 3At least 18 years of experience
- 4Ability to climb ladder lift up to 50 lbs
- 5Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 6Flexible schedule including weekends
- 7Experience with internal applications
- 8Strong communication and adaptability skills
