What You'll Do9

- 3Distribute weekly and monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
- 4Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing insights from deliveries with the CPP.
- 5Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services, boosting average transaction value.
- 6Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
- 7Stock shelves, manage back stock, and perform cycle counts using inventory systems.
- 8Stay current on product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales efforts.
- 9Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value on every delivery and store interaction.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- 3Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds with assistance.
- 4Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- 5Safe driving and navigation ability, including using delivery board systems.
