What You'll Do8
- 1Drive DIY sales on the floor and over the phone, converting every visit into a completed transaction.
- 2Hit personal monthly sales targets while supporting store-level sales goals.
- 3Install batteries, wiper blades, and other DIY services within 90 days of hire.
- 4Manage inventory accuracy through truck put-away, cycle counts, and back-stock organization.
- 5Operate POS and parts lookup systems to find parts across hubs and PDQ.
- 6Maintain store cleanliness, facing, dusting, and parking lot standards daily.
- 7Deliver parts safely using the delivery board system.
- 8Use diagnostic equipment for testing and service, building technical confidence.
Requirements7
- 12-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment, delivering superior customer experiences.
- 2Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- 3Comfortable with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- 5Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- 6Fleet safety certification preferred.
- 7Valid driver's license and safe driving record for deliveries.
