What You'll Do11
- 1Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- 2Achieve personal sales goals and assist store meet its targets
- 3Deliver DIY services like battery installation testing and wiper installs
- 4Maintain store product and operational standards
- 5Handle inventory processes including truck put away shootouts cycle counts and back stock
- 6Ensure store cleanliness floors bathrooms facing dusting and parking lot maintenance
- 7Stock general merchandise deliver parts safely and manage parts back stock
- 8Safely transport parts to customers as needed
- 9Use delivery board system navigate routes and operate POS and parts lookup systems
- 10Test and diagnose equipment for DIY service
- 11Communicate effectively build strong relationships and follow safety protocols
Requirements10
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in diverse retail environments with proven customer success track record
- 2Strong speaking and writing English proficiency Spanish optional
- 3Ability to read safety rules operating manuals and procedure guides
- 4Proficient in basic math operations whole numbers fractions and decimals
- 5Physical stamina to walk stand lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- 6Excellent vision including close distance color depth perception and focus adjustment
- 7Experience with inventory management systems parts lookup software and vehicle safety certification preferred
- 8Prior experience sourcing products from internal stores hubs PDQ and external vendors
- 9Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- 10Basic knowledge of automotive systems and part functionality
