What You'll Do10

- 2Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales targets
- 3Deliver DIY services including battery installation testing and wiper installs
- 4Maintain store product and operational standards
- 5Manage inventory processes including truck put away shootouts cycle counts and back stock
- 6Ensure store cleanliness including floors bathrooms facing dusting and parking lot
- 7Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- 8Use delivery board system and operate POS and parts lookup systems
- 9Test and diagnose equipment for DIY service
- 10Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers peers and management
Requirements10
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment providing superior customer experiences
- 2Basic driving and navigation ability
- 3Ability to use delivery board system and operate POS and parts lookup systems
- 4Strong speaking and writing English skills Spanish optional
- 5Experience locating and stocking parts with safety knowledge
- 6Familiarity with inventory management and store equipment operation
- 7Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- 8Understanding of safety rules procedures and maintenance instructions
- 9Physical stamina to walk stand lift up to 100 pounds
- 10Concrete understanding of store operations and inventory processes
Salary Insight
$33 - $35k per year
