What You'll Do10
- 1Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- 2Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets
- 3Deliver DIY services like battery installation and wiper replacements
- 4Maintain store product and operational standards
- 5Manage inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
- 6Ensure store cleanliness and proper product stocking
- 7Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- 8Use delivery board system and POS tools
- 9Communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
- 10Operate inventory systems and diagnose testing equipment
Requirements11
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in retail environments
- 2Strong English speaking and writing abilities
- 3Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- 4Basic math proficiency for calculations
- 5Experience with automotive systems and parts knowledge
- 6Familiarity with store inventory management practices
- 7Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends
- 8Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- 9Knowledge of safety protocols and hazard awareness
- 10Prior experience with PDQ or external supplier systems
