- 5Manage inventory processes including truck put away shootouts and cycle counts
- 6Ensure store cleanliness by maintaining floors bathrooms and parking areas
- 7Stock general merchandise and manage backroom operations
- 8Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- 9Use delivery board system and POS software to track transactions
- 10Communicate effectively with customers staff and management
- 11Operate inventory systems and store equipment safely
Requirements11
- 12-3 years of successful sales experience in retail environments with proven customer service skills
- 2Strong English speaking abilities Spanish optional
- 3Ability to read technical documents and operate multiple systems
- 4Basic math proficiency for calculations involving measurements units and fractions
- 5Physical stamina to walk stand lift objects up to 100 pounds and navigate varied work environments
- 6Prior experience with automotive systems and parts knowledge
- 7Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- 8Fleet safety certification preferred but not required
- 9Knowledge of drive navigation and ability to follow safety protocols
- 10Experience with parts lookup systems and diagnostic equipment
