Overview
The Store Director will own service excellence and lead daily client interactions. This role balances inventory management scheduling and team development. We seek a passionate leader who creates a welcoming atmosphere fostering employee growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do9
- 1Communicate and lead new operational initiatives
- 2Interview and hire Team Members meeting company standards
- 3Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts
- 4Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand labor trends and adjusting staffing
- 5Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong well rounded team
- 6Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required
- 7Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards
- 8Participate in weekly management calls providing feedback and celebrating successes
- 9Foster a warm fun and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients
Requirements5
- 1Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment
- 2Strong passion for the beauty industry with esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred
- 3Positive upbeat attitude promoting collaboration and productivity
- 4Open to flexible full time availability
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
