Assistant Salon Manager, Retail & Team Leadership
Overview
You will own daily salon operations at Sun Tan City and drive team performance to hit revenue goals. Manage a team of Tanning Consultants in a high-volume retail setting. You will lead by example in client service and coach staff to exceed expectations. This role offers performance bonuses and career growth in a 250-location chain.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive daily salon operations and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
- 2Lead the team by example, delivering exceptional client service and meeting personal sales targets.
- 3Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
- 4Generate sales reports and manage inventory to support the Salon Director.
- 5Assist in controlling revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.
- 6Manage staffing levels to ensure productivity and control labor costs.
- 7Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends to provide management coverage.
Requirements7
- 1Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 2Management or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- 3Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
- 4Ability to manage multiple situations in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
- 6Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- 7Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
Salary Insight
