You will own stock accuracy and flow for Harrods Heathrow operations across all terminals, managing deliveries, ticketing, and audits in a high-volume luxury environment. You will join a tight-knit Stock Operations team, reporting to the Stock Control Specialist, and ensure every item meets the Harrods standard. What You'll Do8

  • 1Unpack deliveries and check stock against delivery notes, immediately flagging discrepancies to the Stock Control Specialist.
  • 2Ticket and price all merchandise correctly, quickly raising any errors or pricing issues to prevent stock loss.
  • 3Action price changes and markdowns in the system, ensuring the sales floor reflects current pricing.
  • 4Run daily stock audits to verify counts and locations, correcting any variances on the spot.
  • 5Keep stockrooms clean and organized, adhering to Health & Safety standards to prevent accidents and damage.
  • 6Assist with stocktakes and sale preparation, ensuring accurate counts and ready-to-sell displays.
  • 7Maintain the filing system for delivery packing lists, enabling fast retrieval and audit trails.
  • 8Update faulty trackers in the system regularly, documenting damage or quality issues for resolution.

Requirements8

  • 11+ years in a stockroom or inventory role, preferably in luxury retail or high-volume warehousing.
  • 2Proven attention to detail when checking luxury items against order details.
  • 3Ability to lift and move heavy boxes safely, with good physical stamina for standing and walking.
  • 4Strong timekeeping and flexibility to work shifts between 9am-5pm, 5 days out of 7, including occasional weekends.
  • 5Experience using inventory management systems or spreadsheets for tracking stock levels.
  • 6Team player with a proactive attitude, able to take initiative when issues arise.
  • 7Willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass, with references for the last 5 years.
  • 8Basic math skills for counting and reconciling stock quantities.
