Inventory Associate, Retail & Stock Replenishment
Overview
You own the end-to-end flow of products from storeroom to sales floor at our SeaTac airport retail store. You coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to keep shelves stocked and displays accurate. This role combines inventory control with hands-on merchandising and customer service. You will manage stock counts, replenishment orders, and storeroom organization while supporting sales associates on the floor. The position requires 20+ hours per week and offers a set schedule in a high-traffic airport retail environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Receive and store merchandise into the storeroom at SeaTac using established procedures.
- 2Review store merchandise requirements and pull items from the storeroom to fulfill them.
- 3Coordinate with Sales Associates to place items in display areas, ensuring product visibility.
- 4Place replenishment orders to the main warehouse, contributing to minimum quantity levels.
- 5Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- 6Manage storeroom tidiness, requisition supplies, and dispose of trash to keep retail area clean.
- 7Provide friendly customer service to airport shoppers.
- 8Support sales floor coverage as needed, stepping in as a Sales Associate.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma and strong spoken English.
- 22-3 years of retail sales and inventory experience preferred.
- 3Trustworthy, communicative, and methodical with attention to detail.
- 4Able to use simple technology applications for inventory tracking.
- 5Able to lift and carry loads up to 20+ lbs.
- 6Must provide 3 references, with at least 1 from a past employer.
- 7Must work at least 20 hours per week.
- 8Must pass a background check.
