What You'll Do7
- 1Build weekly nursing schedules in Excel and post daily assignment sheets
- 2Reconcile as-worked schedules with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping
- 3Complete state staffing reports daily via submission portals
- 4Coordinate coverage for call-offs by contacting available staff
- 5Answer employee and applicant calls about scheduling, shifts, and interviews
- 6Consult nursing supervisors to fix staffing issues and improve service
- 7Track attendance and tardiness for performance reviews
Requirements7
- 1CA Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- 21+ year experience in healthcare scheduling or central supply
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software
- 4Strong written and verbal communication in English
- 5Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- 6Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- 7Available for on-call evenings and weekends
