Overview

Owns RF/microwave test characterization at scale for FEMs used in wireless applications. You will work across Windows and MacOS tooling, collaborating with Design and Characterization teams to drive module performance improvements. This role emphasizes automated test equipment development and data-driven insights to speed up validation. You’ll join a global RF team delivering advanced semiconductor solutions for consumer electronics, automotive, and communications.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain test plans and full characterization reports for RF/microwave modules
  • 2Design and execute automated test routines and software for ATE in RF bench environments
  • 3Lead cross functional collaboration to translate data into actionable performance improvements
  • 4Develop/modify standalone data processing tools to accelerate post-processing of test results
  • 5Troubleshoot RF test benches and integrate new RF test assets into the lab infrastructure
  • 6Document test system and software designs and train team members
  • 7Support lab 5S continuous improvement and equipment maintenance
  • 8Coordinate task delegation and project scheduling to meet milestones
  • 9Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase test accuracy and speed
  • 10Create clear data visualizations to communicate test results to stakeholders

Requirements10

  • 1MS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or BS with equivalent exp
  • 27+ years experience in testing and evaluation of RF/Microwave components and/or integrated modules in the RF semiconductor space
  • 3Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Python or VB.NET
  • 4Experience with vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, oscilloscopes, and DMMs
  • 5Knowledge of DC and RF measurements including S-parameters, power, noise figure, harmonics
  • 6Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, JMP or Excel
  • 7Ability to delegate tasks and work across multiple assignments
  • 8Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • 9Understanding of digital modulation techniques used in CDMA, WCDMA and LTE
  • 10This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
