What You'll Do8
- 1Collaborate with design and test teams to create test requirements and reusable procedures
- 2Implement test plans using VSAs VSGs VNAs and other instrumentation
- 3Lead debugging and resolution of complex RF signal issues
- 4Scale test infrastructure to support high-volume satellite payload validation
- 5Manage lab equipment procurement and maintenance
- 6Present design reviews and proposals to customers and executives
- 7Architect end-to-end RF test solutions from concept to deployment
- 8Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies and automation scripts
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 6+ years experience
- 2Minimum 4 years industry experience with RF test systems
- 3Proficiency in RF measurements including linearity NSD EVM and test architecture design
- 4Hands-on experience with digital oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers and RF signal generators
- 5Strong knowledge of Python MATLAB C/C++ scripting and statistical analysis
- 6Understanding of RF/mixed-signal hardware impacts on test design
- 7Experience with phased array testing systems preferred
- 8Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited institution
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills
