What You'll Do9
- 1Test, align, and troubleshoot RF sub-assemblies from DC to 40GHz using spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
- 2Set up standard test apparatus to conduct tuning and functional evaluations
- 3Perform environmental tests to assess hardware performance and reliability
- 4Analyze test data and provide insights to improve production throughput
- 5Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Excel and Word
- 6Follow lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- 7Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to resolve integration issues
- 8Ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards
- 9Travel locally as needed to support testing activities
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 5 years progressive experience in integration and test of complex microwave hardware
- 2Ability to lift 35 lbs and work OT as required
- 3Fluent English language skills
- 45+ years experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
- 5Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- 6Valid U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
- 7Preferred AS degree or military equivalent
- 8Experience with AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar certification
- 9Proven track record of working in fast-paced technical environments
