You will own the conversion and attach-rate journey for a screen-free kids' communication device, from first ad impression to family onboarding. You'll own the funnel that turns curious parents into Tin Can owners and helps them adopt the Party Line Plan to call relatives. You'll partner with the Head of Product and Brand to design and test experiments, and build the measurement infrastructure to know what works. This role blends hands-on product work with a senior growth mandate, driving the metrics that fuel the company's mission to give kids a more analog childhood.

What You'll Do8

  • 4Build the experimentation engine, including A/B testing frameworks and reusable tooling, to accelerate learning.
  • 5Define success metrics and implement instrumentation to measure conversion and attach rate honestly.
  • 6Run experiments, analyze results, and decide what to scale, iterate, or kill based on data.
  • 7Work with the Brand team to ensure the conversion experience maintains the company's authentic, nostalgic voice.
  • 8Support other product areas as a generalist when needed, while keeping clear ownership of the conversion roadmap.

Requirements10

  • 17+ years of consumer product management experience, focusing on growth and conversion.
  • 2Strong quantitative skills, comfortable being the most data-driven person in the room.

  • 4Experience with user research, turning customer conversations into actionable product hypotheses.
  • 5Exceptional design taste and respect for brand, ensuring a high-converting site feels authentic.
  • 6Excellent cross-team collaboration with engineering, brand, and marketing.
