What You'll Do10

  • 5Write technical requirements and documentation for UX upgrades and A/B tests.
  • 6Contribute to user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality product launches.
  • 7Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery.
  • 8Utilize Excel and data visualization tools to generate reports that guide product decisions.
  • 9Manage vendor relationships for successful evaluation and implementation of tools.
  • 10Support stakeholder relationships by prioritizing requests and communicating progress.

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 21-2 years in e-commerce with a focus on digital product or UX.
  • 3Basic knowledge of A/B testing and web analytics.
  • 4Experience with user session review tools and data interpretation.
  • 5Comfort with basic technical concepts like APIs, cookies, and structured data.
  • 6Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • 7Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • 8Passion for delivering superior user experiences.
  • 9Familiarity with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • 10Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Jira or similar tools.
