- 7Understand Meta's strategic position and deliver mission-aligned products
- 8Coordinate resources from design legal and other groups to achieve objectives
- 9Develop detailed roadmaps and guide teams through key milestones
- 10Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and decision-making
- 11Present insights to senior executive audiences
Requirements11
- 110+ years product management and/or product design experience
- 2Collaborative experience with engineering design and user research teams
- 3Full product lifecycle expertise including pre/post-launch execution
- 4Critical thinking analytical leadership and presentation skills to executives
- 5Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6Proven ability to integrate AI tools for workflow optimization and measurable impact
- 7Commitment to ethical AI practices including bias mitigation and quality reviews
- 8Demonstrated AI skill development in prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration
- 9Experience with scalable systems and high-reliability environments
- 10Understanding of Meta's mission to connect people globally
