What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with business legal and compliance teams to define money movement compliance for payment products
- 2Evaluate emerging compliance risks and advise on scalable solutions
- 3Communicate compliance status and regulatory trends to partners and senior leadership
- 4Develop and monitor policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws
- 5Manage regulatory exams and third-party audits
- 6Apply AI tools to enhance compliance processes and accelerate risk assessments
- 7Partner with teams to pilot AI-powered compliance solutions
- 8Identify and resolve complex compliance issues in fast-paced environments
- 9Drive cross-functional collaboration on time-sensitive initiatives
- 10Convey regulatory insights to influence product strategy
- 11Maintain documentation quality and improve compliance workflow efficiency
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in fintech product compliance
- 2Bachelor’s degree in business accounting finance legal studies or equivalent
- 3In-depth knowledge of electronic fund transfers and payment platforms
- 4Proven ability to resolve complex compliance issues under pressure
- 5Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for compliance automation
- 6Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 7Strong project management experience in agile environments
- 8Experience with money transmitter regulations at state and federal levels
