What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with General Accounting Fixed Assets Leases Homebuilding Inventory Accruals Allocations
- 2Prepare accounting transactions maintain records ensure compliance with US GAAP
- 3Support month‑end quarter‑end year‑end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
- 4Design and maintain accounting policies procedures and internal controls
- 5Assist with internal and external audits by compiling schedules documentation and responses
- 6Support end‑to‑end process optimization and automation initiatives
- 7Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance system workflows and data quality
- 8Develop cross‑functional relationships with stakeholders including FP&A Procurement Operations Treasury Internal Audit
- 9Implement agentic AI and LLM tools such as Copilot Claude within accounting operations
- 10Utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Essbase Hyperion Blackline Power BI and Alteryx
- 11Apply process improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma to accounting tasks
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Master’s preferred
- 21‑2 years accounting experience including public accounting and real estate industry experience
- 3Experience with agentic AI and LLM tools preferred
- 4Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Essbase Hyperion Blackline Power BI Alteryx
- 5Strong knowledge of US GAAP and CPA certification or candidacy
