What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- 2Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- 3Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- 4Support preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- 5Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- 6Analyze account activity and investigate variances
- 7Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial reporting activities
- 8Support internal and external audit requests
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- 10Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 23+ years of accounting experience
- 3Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- 4Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
- 5Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
