What You'll Do9
- 1Build automated sales posting and cash credit card reconciliations
- 2Prepare daily operating account reconciliations
- 3Execute monthly closing journal entries
- 4Review and validate store inventory levels
- 5Conduct analytical balance sheet reviews
- 6Provide accurate supporting schedules
- 7Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- 8Produce management reports as needed
- 9Lead initiatives that improve financial accuracy and efficiency
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
- 2Demonstrated professionalism and deep accounting knowledge
- 3Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- 4Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- 5Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- 6Physical demands: 95% desk work
- 7Two years accounting experience preferred
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 9Experience with AWS Certified tools
- 10Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment practices
