What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise manufacturing personnel in cleaning coating and contamination control processes
- 2Develop work schedules and manage shift coverage
- 3Hire train and develop staff members maintaining a current training skill matrix
- 4Oversee all production issues for the shift and ensure timely resolution
- 5Maintain a clean and safe work area to cleanroom standards
- 6Collaborate with materials engineering and quality teams to ensure delivery schedules are met and quality is maintained
- 7Manage performance conflict resolution work scheduling and training to achieve delivery and quality objectives
- 8Drive continuous improvement initiatives and complete assigned projects
- 9Implement MRP/ERP systems to monitor workflow resolve issues and meet production schedules
- 10Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain ultra-high purity standards and optimize efficiency
- 11Ensure adherence to cleanroom standards and safety protocols
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 22+ years’ experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
- 3Prior experience in cleanroom environments or high-purity processes
- 4Experience with cycle time yield or cost improvement projects
- 51+ years supervisory experience in high-technology manufacturing
- 6Strong leadership and organizational skills
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 8Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- 9Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
- 10Physical ability to climb stoop kneel crouch reach walk push pull grasp
- 11Ability to stand for sustained periods lift up to 25 lbs
- 12Ability to move arms hands fingers
- 13Ability to talk on phone and use computer for extended periods
