What You'll Do11

  • 1Design Build ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow to automate payroll expense data collection
  • 2Own and maintain payroll processing systems ensuring timely accurate submissions
  • 3Analyze audit reports to identify and correct processing errors
  • 4Develop solutions for specialized workforce groups including union contracts
  • 5Provide training on expense report processing systems
  • 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new processing systems
  • 7Communicate discrepancies to payroll supervisors promptly
  • 8Maintain documentation that enables efficient processing reducing payment errors
  • 9Assist in project testing and enhancements of existing systems
  • 10Apply analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies
  • 11Work independently in high-stress environments with minimal supervision

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3Familiarity with Concur and accounting principles
  • 4Effective with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook
  • 5Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • 6Strong communication skills through multiple channels
  • 7Ability to work independently prioritizing tasks meeting deadlines
