What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive HEDIS performance improvement initiatives across all JHHP lines of business, targeting higher Star Ratings and NCQA scores.
  • 2Lead cross-entity planning and committees to execute quality improvement strategies with departmental leadership.
  • 3Partner with data analytics teams to define requirements for HEDIS reporting and self-service dashboard capabilities.
  • 4Analyze clinical and operational data to identify priorities and strategies for focused improvement work.
  • 5Educate JHHP leadership and staff on proposed NCQA measure changes and coordinate readiness efforts.
  • 6Manage program timelines and deliverables for quality projects using project management methodologies.
  • 7Collaborate with multiple functional units to integrate quality improvement into daily workflows.
  • 8Implement clinical process improvements that align with value-based models and population health goals.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years of healthcare or managed care experience required.
  • 25 years of experience facilitating projects required.
  • 33 years of experience in population health or quality improvement preferred.
  • 4Bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, clinical health, data analytics, or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 5Experience with NCQA and HEDIS measures preferred.
  • 6Experience working with multiple clinical and operational functional units preferred.
  • 7Training in Principles of Quality Management and Improvement preferred.
