Overview
The Sr. Program Manager, Asset Lifecycle leads Service Operations as an internal expert on product lifecycle management. This role builds analytical models and strategic frameworks to proactively manage asset refresh timing and processes. It moves Quench from reactive swaps to a planned data-driven refresh model.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define long-range product refresh strategy and cohort-level targets while aligning with financial planning cycles
- 2Build and maintain ROI models linking swaps to churn avoidance and cost savings for executive decision-making
- 3Quantify relationships between asset age churn propensity and service cost to develop segmentation models
- 4Design and scale proactive asset refresh programs beyond organic swap rates with defined targeting logic
- 5Lead cross-functional initiatives across Service Ops Finance Sales Product and Supply Chain without direct authority
- 6Establish KPI frameworks and executive reporting for SLT visibility through dashboard creation
- 7Drive corrective actions based on performance versus plan metrics
- 8Develop customer communication strategies with Marketing for proactive swap programs
- 9Collaborate with CX and Customer Care to inform retention strategies
- 10Influence leadership through structured problem-solving and business judgment
- 11Operate in a fast-paced environment with ownership of measurable outcomes
Requirements9
- 15–8+ years in program management strategy or financial analytics
- 2Strong experience building business cases and ROI models tied to P&L outcomes
- 3Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- 4Highly analytical with strong business judgment and structured thinking skills
- 5Proficiency with BI tools Power BI Tableau and advanced Excel modeling
- 6Experience with lifecycle fleet management or service operations
- 7Exposure to churn modeling and retention strategies
- 8Familiarity with Capex planning and asset ROI evaluation
- 9Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment
