Senior Program Manager, Reverse Logistics (AMXL)
Overview
You will own the evaluation tools suite for AMXL Reverse Logistics, driving programmatic initiatives that improve recovery and reduce concessions across Amazon's WWR&R organization. Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams, you will design scalable solutions for the ReCommerce lifecycle. Your work will directly impact associate experience, manager experience, and customer trust. What You'll Do6
- 1Own AMXL evaluation tools suite enhancements, delivering a 20% reduction in tool-related defects within the first quarter.
- 2Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, and Ops Support teams to launch new programmatic initiatives that recover $1M+ in product value.
- 3Identify Upstream Defects and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solution mechanisms, cutting defect rates by 15%.
- 4Create continuous improvement mechanisms for AMXL operations, raising the bar for Operational Excellence through standardized scorecards.
- 5Develop dashboards tracking success metrics, providing real-time visibility to stakeholders and enabling data-driven decisions.
- 6Drive short-term process improvements while building a long-term strategy for the Reverse Logistics building of the future.
Requirements5
- 15+ years of program or project management experience, including owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
- 2Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements across operations.
- 3Proven track record of communicating results to senior leadership, with clear and concise reporting.
- 42+ years of driving process improvements experience, with measurable outcomes.
- 5Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field preferred.
