External Supply Chain Program Manager
Overview
We are seeking a program manager to lead the global escalation architecture for external supply chain loss events ensuring proper routing and minimizing false positives. You will own governance automation and continuous improvement across AWS and Amazon platforms.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own the global escalation matrix for external supply chain loss events (SWA AF WePay)
- 2Govern and continuously improve routing logic via MVP and RIVER to AMER Investigations and Cluster LP
- 3Drive false positive reduction targeting thresholds through triage team optimization and signal refinement
- 4Activate and maintain the Blue-Flag process and integrate Lasik for theft signal detection
- 5Build communication automation from WWOS to SWA notifications
- 6Manage camera access provisioning and training for triage teams across 21+ SCs
- 7Standardize LE engagement SOPs and police report filing processes globally
- 8Coordinate daily with SSTP and Relay to reduce false positives and improve signal quality
- 9Align external supply chain investigation standards across AMER EU and India
- 10Define and maintain escalation protocols for theft incidents aligned with Tier 1/2/3 response stakeholders
- 11Review overnight SSTP alerts triage real signals versus noise and update escalation logic
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading program management initiatives
- 35+ years experience with data and metrics to drive improvements
- 42+ years driving process improvements
- 5Master`s degree or MBA in relevant field
- 62+ years stakeholder management experience
- 7Experience with AWS Certified tools
- 8Knowledge of general AI tools
- 9Experience managing program strategy and end-to-end delivery
- 10Ability to communicate results to senior leadership
Salary Insight
$104 - $185k per year
